Role Requirements
Possess a strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional deadline and time management skills
Be productive with technologies and information systems
Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
The willingness to establish solid working relationships within the industry
The ability to 'think outside the box' and assist in developing our business
An overall passion for property industry
Experience And/or Qualifications Required
Current Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI)
CPV accreditation
An Australian driver's licence and own a personal motor vehicle
Remuneration commensurate of skills and experience and is to be discussed on an individual basis.
