Cement Australia is offering an exciting prospect for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our Packaged Products team, based at our Pinkenba site. This is your chance to play a key role in driving inventory accuracy and process improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working hours are
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities
Manage and control inventory across all SKUs and sites to target levels
Manage & Procure Raw Materials for manufacturing sites
Oversee stock accuracy and ensure SRA targets are consistently met
Conduct and manage regular cycle counts at nominated facilities
Investigate and resolve inventory variances with preventative recommendations
Collaborate with Freight & Logistics to ensure timely stock transfers
Liaise with suppliers and freight providers to meet delivery lead times
Process inventory and distribution requirements in a timely manner
Support site operations, sales, and customer service teams with inventory‐related inquiries
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in inventory control, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
Strong knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain principles
Excellent analytical, investigative, and reporting skills
Clear verbal and written communication across teams and suppliers
Proven ability to plan, organise, and multitask effectively
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools
Experience with SAP inventory systems (highly regarded)
Customer service mindset and a collaborative working style
