Japanese-Born Restaurant Group is establishing its first Australian store in Melbourne. We are seeking a Corporate Operations Specialist / Head Office Manager to help build the foundation of the Australian business and support the leadership team from day one.
The role is broad and hands-on, wearing multiple hats across head office functions: administration, procurement, logistics, HR admin, marketing coordination, and more, with a focus on creating systems and processes as the business grows.
