Barista
to join our team.

Bring Your Personality to the Pour
Connects with ease—from early-morning commuters to neighbourhood regulars
Takes pride in brewing quality coffee with confidence and care
Embraces a host-first approach, guiding guests through kiosk ordering, Grab & Go options, and everything in between
Brings energy, humour, and a people-first mindset to every shift
Is adaptable—ready to jump between tasks and keep the vibe upbeat and effortless
Feels at home in a dynamic, tech-enabled space (and doesn't mind a QR code or two)
What You'll Do
Craft consistently great coffee—from flat whites to cold brews—with speed and style
Own your station and support others—whether you're at the espresso machine, restocking Talk Shop, or helping a guest with their Grab & Go order
Use our tech confidently (POS, kiosk, QR)—making sure guests feel supported but empowered




Keep our social spaces looking sharp and feeling warm—infused with local flavour and personality
Prioritise safety, quality, and connection—because we care for people so they can be their best
What You'll Bring
Barista experience (or hospitality experience with a willingness to learn quick)
A love for good coffee, good people, and good vibes
Confidence in your craft—and curiosity to keep improving
A collaborative, can-do spirit (you're happy to jump in wherever needed)
Availability for rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays
An RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
