Who are we?

Our role is also supporting people to self-manage long-term health conditions, such as diabetes and mental health challenges, with multidisciplinary teams delivering community-based programs in a comfortable setting. We also support people, including older people and people with disability, to stay living at home longer and to live well in their community.
Our broad range of primary health services, care management and in home and community support services can be tailored to an individual's needs and with major hubs in Box Hill and Eltham, these services can be delivered locally, in the Eastern and North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a PLC Business Partner to join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary teams on a full time basis.
As a trusted advisor and Business Parter you will play a key part of our People function, providing end‐to‐end support to leaders across a dedicated portfolio, and delivering advice across a broad range of employment and workplace matters.
You will contribute to key business plan initiatives, supporting both strategic and operational priorities.
With extensive on the job coaching and support provided, as our PLC Business Partner you will:
Provide end‐to‐end HR business partnering support to Executives and Leaders
Advise and support leaders on performance management, employee relations,
and complex cases ensuring matters are handled with dignity and respect
Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements and Awards, and provide guidance and advice to leaders, employees, and Payroll as required
Partner with leaders to balance people, operational and financial outcomes
Support policy development, compliance, reporting, and people‐related metrics, ensuring legislative and organisational requirements are met
Identify organisational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate leadership learning and development activities, and support capability building
Skills & Experience
Relevant experience in a HR Business Partner/Advisory role
Demonstrated eExperience working in complex IR landscapes including with multiplewith Enterprise Agreements and / or Awards
Experience Mmanaginge sensitive and complex ER matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance cases management
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (desirable)
Experience delivering HR projects, associated change management and strategic initiatives
Proven ability to coach and guide People Leaders and key stakeholders, identifying capability gaps and development opportunities
Comfort working autonomously while being part of a small, collaborative team
