Customer Insurance Consultant
, where you'll support customers with personalised service while building solid technical, product and underwriting knowledge. In this role, you'll build trusted customer relationships, solve problems, assess insurance risks, provide insurance solutions and deliver exceptional service across a range of customer needs. No insurance experience is required. We're looking for people with the right attitude, resilience, professional maturity, strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service across a range of insurance enquiries and products.
Work professionally within a close-knit regional office environment, building positive relationships across teams and contributing to a supportive team culture.
Assess risks and make underwriting decisions within approved guidelines and authority levels.
Confidently navigate complex customer situations in a calm, professional and solution-focused way.
