About the Role
As an Assistant in Nursing, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to aged care residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
Supporting residents to maintain their independence and dignity
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and care teams
Providing compassionate, person-centred care
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 6 months' paid experience as a Personal Care Assistant or Assistant in Nursing within Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate and reliable approach to resident care
The flexibility to travel between our client facilities
Essential Requirements
Australian working rights
Current COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
