As a Selections & Design Consultant, you'll work closely with home builders and their clients, helping them select tiles, bathroomware, stone and flooring products to bring their vision to life. You'll provide expert advice, create an exceptional customer experience and identify opportunities to upgrade product selections while achieving sales targets.
What You'll Be Doing:
Guide clients through the home selections process
Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor
Deliver a premium customer experience from start to finish
Recommend products and upgrades that suit clients' lifestyles and budgets
Maintain strong product knowledge across our extensive range
Process selections accurately and efficiently
Support showroom presentation and visual displays
Work collaboratively with builders, customers and internal teams




About You:
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience in retail sales, design consultation or customer service
A passion for interiors, renovations or home design
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working towards sales targets
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive, energetic and professional approach
Solid computer and administration skills
