We are seeking a
Senior Cyber Program Support Officer
to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful
Senior Cyber Program Support Officer
will provide administrative, coordination and reporting support to ensure the effective delivery of cyber security projects, across departments modernisation program.
The successful
Senior Cyber Program Support Officer
will secure an
initial contract until 30 June ****
with
12 month
extension options, based in
Canberra with flexible working arrangements.
The
Senior Cyber Program Support Officer
will be responsible for but not limited to:
Assisting in maintaining project governance, documentation, scheduling, financial tracking, and reporting processes in line with PM&Cs; frameworks and standards.
Providing project and program level support, including organising meetings, maintaining agendas and producing minutes and action items, scheduling, reporting, risk and issue management, and governance compliance.
Contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes, automation, and operational practices.




Supporting the development of project and/or program artefacts such as plans,
RAID logs
and project/program status reports.
Adopting change management, release planning, and transition to operations.
The
Senior Cyber Program Support Officer
will have experience in the following:
Demonstrated experience in ICT project support or PMO roles within complex environments.
Strong understanding of
MSP
,
Agile
, and project governance frameworks.
Proven experience using
Azure DevOps
tool for project management purposes, such as development of dashboards, backlogs etc.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience in supporting cyber delivery projects in Australian Federal Government and undertaking Federal government procurement processes.
