About Us
TMA Group is an Australian-owned multinational specialising in print, print management, technology and logistics solutions. Established in ****, we employ over 500 staff across Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and the United States — a fast-paced commercial print business built on precision, performance and continuous improvement.
About the Role
This is a trusted, high-visibility role reporting to the ESG Manager, with genuine group-wide scope. You'll be the authority on our compliance and accreditation position — accountable for keeping every certification current, every site audit-ready, and leadership informed on the regulatory landscape as it shifts.
You'll take ownership of:
Accreditation strategy and delivery
— managing the full certification lifecycle across multiple sites, and acting as our lead contact with certification bodies, auditors and regulators
Compliance governance
— stewarding the frameworks, registers and controlled documentation that underpin the group's compliance maturity, and playing a key role in shaping a new group-wide compliance management system
Sustainability and customer assurance
— guiding our response to ethical trade audits,
sustainability assessments and customer compliance requirements as ESG expectations grow
Capability building
— lifting audit readiness and compliance awareness across operational teams
About You
You're an experienced compliance or quality professional who operates with autonomy, judgement and discretion. You can read a standard and translate it into what the business actually needs to do, you're credible in front of auditors and executives alike, and you bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you touch.
Experience in print, packaging or manufacturing environments, exposure to sustainability frameworks such as EcoVadis, and a track record coordinating compliance across multiple sites will set you apart.
What's on Offer
A permanent role with a stable, growing Australian-owned group
Group-wide remit spanning accreditation, quality, governance and sustainability
The opportunity to build and shape — not just maintain — our compliance systems
Direct exposure to senior leadership, with occasional travel across our Australian and Recent Zealand operations
Applicants must have full working rights in Australia. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
TMA Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workplace for all.
