The Role
As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing electrical works on commercial construction and fit-out projects across Sydney.
You'll coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Your Responsibilities
Supervising electrical teams on commercial construction projects
Coordinating daily site activities and workforce planning
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
Liaising with builders, project managers, consultants, and other trades
Managing site safety, compliance, and quality control
Monitoring project progress and reporting on milestones
Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and project documentation
Resolving site issues and maintaining project momentum
Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring company procedures are followed
Supporting and mentoring apprentices and tradespeople
What We're Looking For
Essential
Current NSW Electrical Licence
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial electrical construction
Previous experience leading teams or supervising projects
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
White Card
Current Driver's Licence
Excellent communication and leadership skills




Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards
Desirable
Experience managing large commercial projects
ACRS Data Registration
EWP, Working at Heights, First Aid or additional industry tickets
Experience with project scheduling and site reporting
Trade background with demonstrated leadership progression
