Platypus Shoes in Bega is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of casual staff and support the Assistant Store Manager. You will drive sales, KPIs and an outstanding customer experience in a high-volume retail setting, working closely with your Area Manager to identify growth opportunities.
This is a fixed-term contract until August ****. You will manage rosters, stock, visual merchandising and ensure OH&S; standards while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture and ongoing training.
