About the Role:
This is an opportunity to join a team known for excellence and innovation. As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective solutions. Be a Problem Solver:
You'll handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, web, and email, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact.

You will assist the operations team in resolving any service delivery delays or issues.

You'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of critical customer data.

About You:
You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You are comfortable working with computer systems and have prior customer service experience.

Experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred.
You are comfortable working in a busy, rapid-paced setting
Confident multitasker
