The Role
As a Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your day-to-day will include:
Starting genuine conversations and engaging with homeowners
Understanding customer needs and qualifying opportunities
Booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Specialists
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Delivering a great customer experience while building trust
Work alongside people who are hungry, driven, and genuinely backing each other to win
Every day is different - plenty of interaction, variety, and no more nights and weekends.
What We Offer
Competitive Earnings
$34–$38 per hour base rate
Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
Realistic On-Target Earnings of $1,500–$2,500+ per week($100k + per year)
