Our Town Fencing is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Store Sales / Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Caboolture QLD. As a retail and warehouse assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining our store's presentation, and supporting the productive operations of our warehouse.
What you'll be doing
Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selection, order processing, and general inquiries
Maintain the store's visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organised
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking of merchandise
Support the warehouse team with tasks such as order picking, packing, and shipping
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the home improvement or building supplies industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-organised and presentable store environment
Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations
A genuine passion for the home improvement and fencing industry




Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the business

Saturday 8.00am - 1.00pm (every 2nd)
