The Role
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Level 3 Grounds Maintenance Professional for a permanent, full-time position. This is a diverse role handling premium asset maintenance with room to expand your technical skills and work autonomously across high-security contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete high-standard grounds maintenance across commercial, private, and government properties.
Execute high-end precision and tall hedge trimming to exact specifications.
Safely operate commercial mowers, brush cutters, and chemical spray equipment.




Cross-train and assist our specialized Tree Services/Arboricultural Crew (excellent opportunity for those interested in learning tree work/climbing).
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in commercial grounds maintenance and premium property care.
High proficiency with tall hedge trimming tools and precision cutting.
White Card and a current, clean Australian Driver's License (Manual preferred).
Ability to pass a National Police Check for secure government site access.
