About the Role
As a
Ford Service Advisor
, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their service journey.
Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring clear communication between customers, technicians, and the parts department.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
Understanding customer concerns and vehicle requirements
Communicating repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally




Liaising with technicians and the parts department to ensure effective workflow
Providing regular updates throughout the service process
Preparing estimates, invoices, and service documentation
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Building long-term customer relationships and loyalty
Supporting service department performance and achievement of customer experience goals
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences.
You'll Bring:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, or similar customer-focused role
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Solid organisational and time management abilities
A high level of attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems and administrative processes
The ability to multitask in a busy environment
A proactive, solution-focused approach
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Current Australian Driver Licence
Automotive experience is highly regarded, however we are equally interested in candidates with strong customer service backgrounds who are eager to learn.
