The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused experienced
Sales Consultant
to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury vehicles and delivering a premium customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers in the showroom and online enquiries
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems




Follow up with clients to ensure long lasting relationships
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Represent the Lexus brand with professionalism and integrity
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation suitable for a luxury brand environment
Ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Valid Australian driver's licence
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
