Reardon plastering is seeking an experienced plasterer to join our team in Moonee Ponds, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for the high-quality application of plaster to a variety of surfaces, ensuring the smooth finish of walls and ceilings for residential and commercial properties.
What you'll be doing
Preparing surfaces by removing old plaster, cleaning and priming as needed
Mixing plaster to the correct consistency and applying it evenly to walls and ceilings
Sanding and finishing plastered surfaces to a smooth, flawless state
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the plastering process
Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
Collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure efficient project completion
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified plasterer
Strong understanding of plastering techniques and the ability to produce high-quality finishes
Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the best possible results
Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role
Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team




Hold a current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
