What We're Looking For
We're specifically looking for experienced pub hospitality professionals. You'll ideally bring:
Previous leadership experience within a pub-based hospitality environment
Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming,



where applicable
A passion for leading and developing teams
A hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
Current RSA and any other licences required for the role
Full Australian working rights (or eligibility for sponsorship where applicable)
