Based in a close‐knit regional community, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a practical, hands‐on environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. As the Bag Warehouse Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team and play a key role in supporting production across our mill sites.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate the bag warehouse team to deliver safe, efficient daily operations
Take ownership of bag warehouse operations, including equipment, storage systems and workflows
Ensure machine and equipment reliability through effective preventative maintenance practices, prompt fault identification and coordination of repairs to minimise downtime and optimise performance
Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to support continuous operation of bagging and warehouse equipment
Manage purchasing and inventory of raw materials using SAP to meet operational and production requirements
Plan, schedule and coordinate bag supply to support production plans and customer demand
Work collaboratively with sales, customer service and mill site stakeholders to ensure product availability and timely supply
Liaise with suppliers to manage ordering, lead times and delivery schedules
Maintain strong focus on Work Health & Safety (WHS), HACCP and quality assurance standards
Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes,
equipment utilisation and reporting

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‐solving
Excellent organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes
Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine commitment to meeting business needs
Clear communication skills and a strong internal and external customer focus
Experience using SAP for purchasing, inventory or scheduling (highly desirable)
Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
Previous experience in mechanical trades or machinery exposure (advantageous)
