About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to
senior management
, some of your responsibilities will include:
Leading projects
from award through to practical completion and close-out
Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes
Managing budgets
, cash flow, claims, variations, and subcontractors
Owning the programme
, including recovery strategies where needed




Building strong relationships
with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Leading and mentoring
project teams, engineers, and supervisors
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience
managing civil construction projects
Solid commercial acumen
and contract administration skills
A hands-on approach
to project delivery
The ability to drive results
across multiple work fronts
Strong leadership and stakeholder management
skills
Tertiary qualifications
in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
