What We're Looking For:
Proven retail or sales experience (flooring, interiors, or home improvement background highly regarded)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills — you're confident, warm, and approachable
Customer-first attitude with a flair for delivering standout service

Your Day-to-Day:
Assisting customers with flooring selections across carpet, timber, hybrid, vinyl and more
Quoting and managing customer projects from first enquiry through to final installation
Learning product knowledge and staying up to date with the latest in interior design trends
Supporting daily store operations while developing your sales and leadership skills
Working closely with management with a view to growing into a leadership position
