Where you'll be working
Based at Macquarie Hospital North Ryde.
What you'll be doing
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate community nursing care, in the patient home or clinic, in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Demonstrated recent clinical experience in acute care, community nursing, or a combination of both settings.
Experience to services such as wound management, post-acute care, palliative care, catheter care, or advanced wound therapies.
Working rights for Australia.
Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
Current computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems.
