We are an institution by the beach and celebrated not just in Australia but worldwide! We have been family owned and a very busy operating restaurant for 28 years strong in the hospitality industry with another 28 more years to come!
This role is approximately ***** hours per week pending your availability. To be successful the candidate must be available to work nights and weekends andmust hold a current Victorian RSA.
As a Section Waiter the successful applicant must demonstrate:
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Friendly persona and willingness to learn
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast paced and large dining establishment is desired but not essential
The want to work in a team environment and blend into a culture of a highly regarded food and beverage professionals in the fine dining industry
Apassion for food and wine
