What You'll Be Learning
Assembling world-class cooling systems using hand and power tools
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Working within structured production processes
Maintaining quality and safety standards




Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborating within a high-performing operations team
You'll work in a Somersby facility with full safety systems, PPE, structured supervision and ongoing support.
Who Should Apply?
You do not need prior manufacturing experience! We're looking for women who are:

Ready to step confidently into a growing industry
