About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants, assisting them to achieve their goals, increase independence, and engage in their local community.
Duties
Community access and social support
Personal care assistance
Domestic assistance
Transport to appointments and activities
Supporting participants to build life skills and independence
Implementing individual support plans
Shift Opportunities
Morning shifts
Afternoon shifts
Evening shifts




Active overnight shifts
Sleepover shifts
Weekend work

Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Current National Police Check
Reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance (preferred)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
