What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Ceduna MPS Kitchen Hand Casual Pool, you'll play a reliable, hands‐on role in the day‐to‐day running of the hospital kitchen. Your work directly supports patient care - and that matters here.
Preparing, portioning, and delivering meals to patients and residents in line with dietary and food safety requirements
Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, surfaces, and utensils to maintain a safe, compliant food service environment
Supporting kitchen staff with stock handling, dishwashing, and general food preparation tasks
Following SA Health food safety protocols and contributing to a well‐organised, respectful team environment
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience in a kitchen, food service, or hospitality environment
Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently across varied shift times,



including weekends and public holidays
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a physically active role
Respectful communication skills, particularly when working in and around patient care areas
