Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced
Automation Test Engineer
with expertise in the
Contact Centre/Customer Service domain
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing, API testing, and validating customer service applications.
Required Skills:
6+ years of Automation Testing experience.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, or similar automation tools.
Experience in API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC/STLC.
Experience in the Contact Centre/Customer Service domain (IVR, CRM, Call Routing, Agent Desktop, or Omnichannel platforms).
Good understanding of defect tracking tools such as Jira.
Solid analytical and communication skills.
