What you'll do?
Own new business growth across transport, global, warehousing and 3PL
Build your own team: recruit, onboard, mentor and inspire from day one
Hunt down and close current opportunities across the full service suite
Grow a portfolio of key accounts with a sharp eye for new revenue
Get in front of clients: meetings, site visits, presentations that convert




Keep CRM and pipeline reporting sharp and accurate
Craft commercially smart, tailored logistics solutions
Chase down targets, KPIs and activity goals with drive
Stay ahead of market and competitor movements
Partner tightly with Operations and Customer Service
What you need?
Proven experience in domestic (interstate/intrastate) transport is essential
Sales, BD, account management or broader logistics background highly regarded
Track record winning new business and building real relationships
Leadership or mentoring experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
Commercially sharp, Excel‐savvy, and love solving problems
