Ready to step up in property management? Our Sunshine Coast client is looking for someone with 6-12 months experience to hit the ground running.
This full-time opportunity is designed for someone who has had exposure to the Real Estate industry, ready to get their foot in the door, learn the foundations properly, and grow into a Property Manager role over time.
You'll gain hands‐on experience across both property management support and leasing, giving you a well‐rounded introduction to the industry from day one.
About the Opportunity
This role offers a genuine entry point into the real estate industry, with structured support and exposure to all aspects of property management.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll assist with day‐to‐day portfolio tasks while also playing an active role in leasing activities.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting routine inspections
Communicating with tenants and landlords
Assisting with maintenance coordination
Helping manage lease renewals and follow‐ups
Supporting entry and exit inspections
Handling leasing enquiries, bookings, and open homes
Assisting with application processing
General administration tasks across the portfolio
Providing day‐to‐day support to the Property Manager
This role is designed to give you real experience, not just observation, setting you up with the skills needed to step into a Property Manager position in the future.




Who This Role Suits
You might be just starting out or early in your career, but you're serious about building something long‐term in real estate.
This role is ideal if you:
6-12 months of experience in the industry
Are motivated to start a career in Property Management
Have recently completed their QLD Real Estate Cert
Want a full‐time role with structured training and growth
Are confident communicating with a range of people
Are organised, proactive, and willing to learn
What You'll Need
Completion of the QLD Real Estate Salesperson Registration Course
or Licence application submitted and currently pending issue
Strong communication and organisational skills
Valid driver's licence
Good time management and attention to detail
Confidence using technology and picking up new systems
