Poppi's Preschool and Long Day Care is a family owned and family run, 43 place centre, offering ambitious, driven and passionate early childhood professionals with unprecedented career opportunities in the Southern Suburbs of Sydney.
Our Beautiful purpose built designed, state of the art facility is located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, Miranda.
The Role
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, children and the centre team
Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
Comply with National Quality Standards and Poppi's policies and procedures
Ability to drive a positive and respected working workplace
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and building a fun-loving team
Understanding of Early Years Learning Framework, Social Justice and inclusive practices




Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be assisting in driving the educational program, ensuring the highest quality of communication with parents and all stakeholders. You will work closely with the leadership team to create a high-quality centre by fostering a sense of belonging for children and their families and keeping families connected and a part of their child's development and learning.

Requirements
A recognised Early Childhood Teacher qualification
Hold a current First Aid qualification and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training
A current Working with Children Check
Previous experience in Early Childhood Educationessential
