Due to continued business growth, we are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the positions of full time Facility Supervisor.
About the role
Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of company facilities and service areas
Monitor workplace safety, cleanliness and operational standards
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of buildings, facilities and equipment
Ensure company facilities comply with relevant regulatory and safety requirements




Maintain facility records and operational documentation
Monitor stock levels of facility-related supplies and equipment
Coordinate contractors and service providers as required
Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures
Support staff training and adherence to company policies
Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency
Benefits and perks
An attractive remuneration package ($75,000 - $100,000) is offered for the right candidate depends on experiences.
Skills and Experience
Successful applicants should possess:
Relevant qualifications and/or industry experience
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Experience within agricultural, machinery, maintenance or related industries will be highly regarded
