What you'll do:
Lead site teams and subcontractors across all stages of construction
Uphold premium quality standards and ensure full WHS compliance
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and consultants
Take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes
Lead with accountability, initiative, and professionalism
Drive a culture of teamwork, safety and continuous improvement
What you'll bring:
Proven experience managing high‐rise residential builds
Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills
QBCC Open Site Supervisor License
Strong experience with external cladding/facades/screening
A commitment to quality, safety and delivery excellence
