Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced
Dispatch Administrator
to become a key part of our operations team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves organisation, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in ensuring every order is processed accurately and every customer receives outstanding service.
As our business continues to grow, we need someone who can take ownership of the dispatch administration function and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role
As our Dispatch Administrator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the administrative side of our dispatch and receiving operations.
Working closely with production, warehouse staff, customers, suppliers, and freight providers, you will ensure orders are processed accurately, freight is booked efficiently, and products are delivered on time.
This is a busy and varied role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You'll be the person who keeps everything moving.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and sales transactions
Create invoices, packing slips, shipping labels, and dispatch documentation
Book and coordinate freight across multiple carriers
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Process incoming goods and inventory transactions




Liaise with customers regarding dispatch, delivery, and order enquiries
Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with production and warehouse teams
Maintain accurate inventory and dispatch records
Assist with stock control activities and reporting
Work closely with the Dispatch & Receiving Storeperson to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in dispatch administration, transport administration, customer service, logistics administration, or a similar role
Strong computer and data entry skills
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Professional, reliable, and highly organised
Experience in manufacturing or logistics will be highly regarded
