Forestville
, you'll also have the opportunity to support our
Dee Why and Warriewood
practices, helping deliver exceptional patient experiences across the region.

About the Role
As an Optical Assistant, you'll:




Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their vision, lifestyle, and budget
Deliver personalised dispensing solutions and exceptional customer service
Build strong patient relationships and create memorable experiencesDevelop product knowledge and confidently recommend eyewear options
Support daily practice operations and work collaboratively with the wider team
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about
Patient First
care and exceptional customer service
Has retail experience, with optical experience highly regarded
Can quickly develop product knowledge and confidently communicate with patients
Brings enthusiasm, energy, patience, and a positive attitude
Enjoys working as part of a team
Can be flexible with working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late trade when required
