We're seeking a confident, switched-on Permanent Part Timer to lead our Sydney showroom in a role with
genuine growth potential
. You'll work closely with our Area Manager to monitor casuals and set the standard for everything that happens on the floor.
About the Role
This is a Permanent Part Time position - part stylist, part showroom guardian. You'll be serving formal and bridal appointments while taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the showroom.
You'll often work independently and know how to hold the standard without being told twice.
Your Responsibilities
Serving formal and bridal appointments with warmth, confidence, and expertise
Leading and supervising junior staff during shifts
Maintaining a pristine, organised,



and beautifully presented showroom
Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Taking initiative to operate the showroom at the highest standard
Upholding the Studio Minc brand in everything you do
Your Availability (30 hours)
Tuesday 8:45am - 4:45pm
Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm
Alternate Sat 8:30am - 5:45pm / Sunday 10am - 4pm
