We are seeking a passionate
Korean Skincare Expert / Retail Sales Consultant
to join the Skin Cupid team on a
casual basis
. Based at Northland Shopping Centre
Preston, VIC ****
,And at Broadmeadows central this role offers the perfect opportunity to share your expertise and love for Korean skincare products with our customers. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service whilst educating clients about our premium skincare range. This position is integral to creating a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping environment that drives both customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Key responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and product recommendations tailored to individual customer skin types and concerns
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Korean skincare ingredients, formulations, and advantages
Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a positive and engaging in-store experience
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing retail environment
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business through personalised service
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, brand developments, and skincare trends
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously
What we're looking for
Genuine passion for Korean skincare and demonstrable knowledge of K-beauty products and ingredients
Proven retail or customer service experience,



ideally in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare sectors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers
Strong sales ability with a focus on building customer loyalty rather than aggressive selling
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to casual shift work
Point-of-sale (POS) system experience is beneficial but not essential
A keen eye for detail and visual merchandising
Willingness to learn and develop product expertise continually
