Salary:
$82,000-$90,000 pa, based on a 38hr week. Salary will be negotiated depending on qualifications, experience and overall suitability. Higher salary packages may be available for agreed 40 or extended-hour arrangements.

About the Role




Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will help keep our fleet safe, reliable and ready for service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
Mechanical diagnostics and fault-finding
Heavy vehicle repairs and defect rectification
Completing maintenance and compliance records
Maintaining a secure and organised workshop
Assisting with breakdowns and operational requirements when needed
About You
We are looking for a qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic who takes pride in quality workmanship.
You will ideally have:
Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
Experience maintaining trucks, buses or other heavy vehicles
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
A commitment to safety and reliable workmanship
A current driver licence, with MR or higher regarded favourably
