We're Hiring! Landscapers, Labourers & Machine Operators
Thanks to long-term contracts already secured, we're expanding our team and are looking for multiple Landscapers, Labourers and Machine Operators.
We have a strong pipeline of commercial landscaping projects across South East Queensland, including over four years of secured work in Logan Reserve, along with ongoing projects throughout the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Whether you're an experienced Landscaper, Skilled Labourer, or Machine Operator, we'd love to hear from you.

Established in ****, Treerific is a family-owned landscape construction company specialising in:
Commercial landscaping
Timber & Colorbond fencing
Timber & concrete sleeper retaining walls
Planting and soft landscaping
We work with some of Queensland's leading builders and developers, including Plantation Homes, AVID, Brighton Homes, Metricon, Choice Homes and many more.
Our team is hardworking, supportive and enjoys a good laugh while getting the job done.
The Roles
Site preparation and set out
Turf and planting
Retaining walls
Paving and garden edging
General landscape construction
Operating machinery
Reading plans and working to specifications
Working independently or within a team
Machine Operators
If you have experience operating a skid steer and/or 2-tonne excavator, we'd especially love to hear from you.
Applicants with both landscaping experience and machine operating skills will be highly regarded, as we're looking for team members who can jump between both roles when required.
What We're Looking For
Previous landscaping or civil construction experience preferred
Experience operating skid steers and excavators (highly regarded)




Current driver's licence
MR licence (advantageous)
White Card
Machine tickets (preferred)
Own PPE
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Takes pride in producing quality work
Positive attitude and enjoys working in a team
Able to work unsupervised when required

We are happy to hear from applicants based on the Gold Coast who are willing to travel, or candidates already living in the Logan area looking for long-term local work.
