Laing O'Rourke in Sydney is seeking a Senior Resourcing Advisor to join our national resourcing team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across Corporate Overheads and partner with leaders to forecast workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
You will collaborate across Advisory, Akordi, Manufacturing and Rail Operations, manage international mobility coordination with our UK team, and deliver proactive recruitment strategies to support growth and diversity across the organisation.
