Sales & Customer Service Representative
to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls from Australian customers and provide professional pre-sales and after-sales support
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, introduce products, and close sales
Respond to customer inquiries via email and online messages
Communicate with the warehouse team regarding stock and delivery when needed
Requirements:
Native in English (both spoken and written) for effective communication with local customers
Fluent in Chinese for internal team communication
Must hold a valid long-term working visa (Full-time working rights required)
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred; experience in home/building products is a plus
Friendly, proactive, responsible, and solid communication skills
