Experienced Aged Care Casual RN/EN based in Mildura.
We have an urgent requirement for a Aged Care EN or RN who is already living locally in the Mildura region and ready to commence. This role cannot accommodate relocation or delayed start dates.

The Opportunity
We're seeking Casual Aged Care Nurses to travel across Mildura to support our clinical teams on the ground.
You'll play a key role in coordinating and facilitating rounds with GPs, and telehealth appointments with Geriatricians, and Physicians, ensuring residents receive the right care at the right time.
This is a casual role ideal for someone who loves autonomy and variety, while still making a real difference in aged care.
Working Pattern
We may require you to be available for full weeks at a time depending on location and service needs. You'll get your roster one week in advance.
Travel blocks and scheduling are planned in advance around continuity of care for our partner homes. While we'll do our best to accommodate your existing roster or other work commitments, flexibility is essential.
What You'll Do
You'll work on site at Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) during your scheduled shifts, supporting residents and staff directly while coordinating telehealth consults.



Although you'll be using technology to connect with clinicians remotely, this is not a work from home role.

What You'll Do
Work on site as a 3rd party in RACHs as the Access Aged Care nurse
Facilitate and coordinate residential care alongside the facility nurses in the home
Run GP and specialist rounds, in person and via telehealth
Identify issues early and act before they escalat
Drive referrals, follow ups and clinical coordination
Complete assessments
Be the link between care teams, GPs and families
Build strong relationships and hold standards of care
Use a wide range of software systems and clinical judgement to improve outcomes
Support the ongoing growth of the Access Aged Care service model through collaboration and communication
What You'll Bring
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Minimum of 2 years experience
POST
qualification as either Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse - Non Negotiable
Aged Care experience (leadership or clinical coordination highly regarded)
Strong IT skills and confidence working with digital systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Critical Thinking and robust clinical knowledge
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work
