This role provides essential administrative support to the Maintenance Team, with a focus on document management, correspondence, records administration and data entry within departmental systems.

Hours: Up to 38 hours per week | Monday to Friday (TMR Business Hours)

Contract: ASAP start (pending checks)
Hours: Up to 38 hours per week | Monday to Friday (TMR Business Hours)
Key Responsibilities
Manage high volumes of correspondence,



records and data within departmental systems
Review, register and file documents using Content Manager
Monitor and manage the Maintenance Team correspondence mailbox
Perform accurate data entry and document administration activities
Maintain records in line with departmental policies and procedures
Support the team with reducing correspondence backlogs and improving service delivery
About You
Robust administrative and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of information
Strong written communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience using Content Manager or an electronic document records management system (highly desirable)
