Build and nurture relationships with key subaggregators, driving performance and collaboration across the network
AUD$100,000 to AUD$120,000 plus superannuation and commission
Mentor and support brokers to succeed, combining relationship management with genuine coaching and development
Preferred Requirements




Proven experience in a relationship management or account management role within mortgage broking or financial services
Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with brokers or aggregators
Ability to mentor and support brokers to improve performance and capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
Understanding of the mortgage broking landscape and subaggregator models
Preferred Qualifications
MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia) or FBAA (Finance Brokers Association of Australia) membership or accreditation
Formal qualification in business, finance, or a related field
Previous experience in a mentoring or leadership capacity within home loan aggregation or lender businesses.
