Dementia Support Australia is seeking a compassionate Dementia Support Coach to deliver practical, evidence‐based support for people living with dementia and their carers. You will coach care teams, model person‐centred approaches and translate recommendations into everyday practice in NSW settings.
This fixed-term role runs until March **** and is based at Coffs Harbour or Lismore, NSW, with adaptable hybrid work and opportunities for professional development within a national organisation.
