About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Work Health & Safety Advisor
to join Juniper in a
permanent full-time capacity
. This is a hands‐on role supporting both our residential aged care and community services, with regular travel to sites across Western Australia as required.
Reporting to the WHS Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Juniper's Work Health & Safety Management System, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality environments for our employees, residents and clients.
Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide practical WHS advice, lead investigations, support injury management processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate incident and hazard reporting, investigations and WHS data analysis
Conduct site audits and risk assessments, providing practical recommendations to reduce risk
Support WHS compliance activities, policy development and safety initiatives
Coach and support managers and employees on WHS responsibilities and best practice
Maintain WHS registers, reporting requirements and trend analysis
Facilitate WHS committee meetings and consultation processes




Support injury management and return-to-work programmes
Deliver WHS training, inductions and toolbox talks
Monitor legislative changes and ensure organisational compliance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or higher qualification)
Demonstrated experience in a WHS Advisor role, preferably within aged care, healthcare, community services or a similar industry
Strong understanding of WA WHS legislation and compliance requirements
Experience conducting incident investigations, audits and risk assessments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and coach others
Strong organisational, reporting and analytical capabilities
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to Juniper sites
Experience in injury management and return-to-work processes
