The Opportunity
Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager, you'll partner with aesthetic clinics throughout Melbourne's South East, helping customers maximise opportunities within their businesses while growing your own territory.
This is a consultative sales role where commercial success comes from building trusted relationships, providing clinical education and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan
Grow sales across established and prospective aesthetic clinics
Build long-term relationships with cosmetic physicians, nurses and clinic owners
Deliver product education, demonstrations and in-clinic training
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term customers
Represent the company at workshops, educational meetings and industry events
Consistently achieve and exceed territory sales objectives

About You
You'll be commercially driven, relationship focused and passionate about the aesthetics industry.
Your background may include:
Medical aesthetics or injectable sales
Capital equipment or energy-based device sales
Professional skincare sales
Cosmetic nursing or injecting experience combined with strong commercial or business development skills
You'll also demonstrate:
Success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Strong territory planning and account management capability
The ability to influence and educate healthcare professionals
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine customer focus
