Junior Accountants

What you'll be doing
No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect to:
Prepare financial statements for a variety of businesses
Complete tax returns for companies, trusts and partnerships
Assist with BAS, IAS and PAYG obligations
Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation
Speak directly with clients and help answer their questions
Research tax issues and legislation alongside senior team members
Identify opportunities or potential issues for clients
Get involved in special projects and advisory work




Attend team meetings and continue developing your technical skills

Who we're looking for
You'll be someone who's curious, motivated and keen to learn.
Ideally you'll have:
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Recently completed (or be in your final year of) an Accounting degree
An interest in completing your CA
Outstanding attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office
Xero experience is a bonus, but not essential
A positive attitude and willingness to ask questions
The ability to manage multiple tasks and work well with others
