This Partner is recognised as an outstanding mentor and has a friendly and engaging approach.
You will be primarily engaged in working closely with clients drawn from the energy and resources area on a full range of corporate and commercial matters.
You will also have the opportunity to work with the national corporate team on matters based on the east coast.
Your matters will include: Public and private M A in the energy and infrastructure assets, including takeovers and business/asset acquisitions and disposals Joint ventures,



offtake agreements and farm ins Foreign investment advice and corporate aspects of greenfield energy and infrastructure projects Restructuring and recapitalisations General corporate, corporate governance and commercial matters The firm are ideally looking for a lawyer with previous experience in corporate law who is committed to building their career in the energy and resources area.
You will have a positive and pro-active approach and display excellent attention to detail.
